Abstract

PURPOSE: To rapidly collect and drain ground water by connecting the lower end of a conduit water collecting and drain pipe in an upstream side to the upper end of a drain passage member of a conduit drain pipe in a downstream side. CONSTITUTION: The outside part of a drain passage member 6 having inlet opening parts 5 is covered with a trough-shaped mat 10 forming a trough shaped aqueduct 9 through a mesh filter material 7 to form an upstream conduit water drain pipe 1a and a downstream conduit water collecting and drain pipe 1b. A partition 35 is provided in the inside intermediate part of the cylindrical pipe 34 of a connecting member 3. Pedestal pieces 47 for supporting the lower parts 30 of drain passage members 6a and 6b in the water collecting and drain pipes 1a and 1b are provided in the inside lower ends of the cylindrical pipe 34. Then, the lower end 44 of the upstream conduit water collecting and drain pipe 1a is connected to the upper end 38 of the drain passage member 6 of the downstream conduit water collecting and drain pipe 1b.
