剤蒸気中の凝縮水を前記軟水として再利用し、廃
熱回収工程から出る未凝縮水蒸気と溶剤蒸気とを
膜分離により溶剤と水を分離し、分離した水を脱
着工程の水蒸気として利用することを特徴とする
