Claims (1)
- ステータと、該ステータの両側部に一体的或い
は別途配設された一組のプレートと、該一組のプ
レート間に軸支されたロータとを有するステツピ
ングモータの該プレートと該ロータ間に配設され
るワツシヤーにおいて、該ワツシヤーが弾性力を
有する薄板からなり、かつ、一巻きのコイル状に
形成されてなることを特徴とするステツピングモ
ータ用ワツシヤー。
