Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply a matrix substitute in cortex so as to activate and reinforce hair by containing a hair cortex matrix substitute composed of an oil and a water-soluble high molecular substance in water containing a large quantity of minus ion and oxygen to be adsorbed to the hair.
CONSTITUTION: A hair cortex matrix substitute composed of an oil and a water- soluble high molecular substance is contained in water containing a large quantity of minus ion and oxygen to be adsorbed to the hair. A mixture consisting of 3% hexyldecanol, 4% isopropyl ester of an acid named Mirin acid, 4% promo is collagen, 2% lecithin, a suitable quantity of an antioxidant, a suitable quantity of antiseptic, 82% ion water, is prepared, and the pH and the viscosity are adjusted to 6.5 and 4.0, respectively. Hexyldecanol and the isopropyl ester are used as oil components, promo is collagen and lecithin are used as moisture preservation materials, and a matrix-like material is formed by both of the above, and these components are permeated into the cortex by a hair cortex penetration action of the ion water. The matrix substitute is permeated into the hair cortex easily and efficiently to give fresh-look to the hair, thereby preventing the hair from being damaged by a waving agent.
