Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily execute a position detection in the combined surface of a plane and a corner surface, by providing each position detector for detecting a moving extent in the rotational direction along the corner surface, a moving amount in the direction vertical to its rotational direction, and a moving amount in the direction vertical to the corner. CONSTITUTION:On a moving member 20 which has been attached movably in the direction X vertical to a corner surface, a gear 21 is provided, and an angle detector 23 for detecting an angle phi in the rotational direction through a gear 22 is connected.
