Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformly heat food to be cooked by providing a heating plate for cooking food on the upper side of a heater, and providing a ceramic layer heated to generate far infrared rays on the upper surface of the heating plate.
CONSTITUTION: A heating plate 3 is set in the bottom of an inner container 10 of a container main body 2 to be used as a heat cooking device. When an electric current is applied to a heater 1 to generate heat, the heat is transmitted to the heating plate 3 through the bottom of the inner container 10 to cook food 15 on the upper surface of the heating plate 3 by heat. When the heating plate 3 is heated by the heater 1, far infrared rays are generated from the ceramic layer 4 of the upper surface of the heating plate 3 and the far infrared rays are applied to the food 15. Thus, the food is heated from the surface by heat from the heater 1, and the food is heated from the inside by far infrared rays to uniformly cook the food by heat.
