Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable analysis with high specificity by using an antibody obtd. by using the covalent compd. of a copolymer of D-glutamic acid and D-lysine and a 2nd antigen in the analysis. CONSTITUTION:The covalent compd. of the copolymer of the D-glutamic acid and D-lysine and the 2nd antigen is dosed to mammal to induce immunological unresponsiveness to the 2nd antigen. This animal is thereafter immunized by a 1st antigen having a desired antigenic determinant, by which the antibody having the antigenic determinant having the high specificity to the 1st antigen and having the low cross-reacting characteristic to the 2nd antigen resemble in structure to the 1st antigen is obtd. An assay is executed by using the reaction of this antibody and the antigen in the sample.
