Claims (1)
- 遠隔操作側の駆動部と被操作側の移動部とから
成り、駆動部にピストンで押圧されるダイアフラ
ムを備えた液圧シリンダを有し、一方移動部に上
記駆動部の液圧シリンダとチユーブで接続された
液圧シリンダを有して、かつ該移動部の液圧シリ
ンダ内の圧力変化でダイアフラムにより押圧され
るピストンに硝子電極等を連動させた硝子電極等
のマニピユレータにおいて、上記移動部の液圧シ
リンダを駆動部の液圧シリンダより大きな断面積
に形成したことを特徴とする硝子電極等のマニピ
ユレータ。
