Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit the forming of an extracting part at the winding end of a conduit tube, by a method wherein a conduit cutting device is provided in an intermediate position between two sets of winding drums to out the conduit tube together with a spare wire, then, only both sides of the tube are cut while leaving the spare wire. CONSTITUTION:A tube cutting device 40 is provided at an intermediate position between two sets of winding drums 21, in a winding device for winding spare wire incorporated conduit tubes P sequentially around a plurality of winding drums 21. The tube cutting device 40 is provided with a central cutting unit 70 for cutting the conduit tube together with the spare wire and both-side cutting unit 80 for cutting only the tubes while leaving the spare wires at both sides of the cut conduit tubes. After winding the spare wire incorporated conduit tube P around one set of the winding drum 21, the next winding drum is arranged at winding position and the tube cutting device 40 is operated to cut the conduit tube P. According to this method, wire extracting parts may be formed automatically at the starting end and the ending end of the winding of the conduit tube P.
