Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:trans-4-Aminomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide, cis-4- aminomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide shown by formula I or an acid addition salt thereof. USE:An antiplasmin having lower acute toxicity than an existing antiplasmin. PREPARATION:trans-4-Cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid chloride or cis-4- cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid chloride shown by formula II is reacted with ammonia to give trans-4-cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide or cis-4- cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide, which is catalytically reduced in the presence of a catalyst such as nickel or palladium to give a compound shown by formula I.
