Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 用紙搬送路上で定着装置の下流側に配設された
用紙の存在を検知する用紙センサにより用紙ジヤ
ム検知を行なう用紙ジヤム検知装置において、 使用する用紙の長さをｌ１（mm）、前記定着装
置と用紙センサの間隔をｌ２（mm）、前記用紙の
搬送速度をＶ（mm／ｓ）としたとき、ｌ１，ｌ２
，Ｖを演算する演算手段を設け、該演算手段の演
算結果である時間ＴがＴ＜ｌ１−ｌ２Ｖのとき前
記演算手段がジヤム信号を出力することを特徴と
する用紙ジヤム検知装置。
