Abstract

Accordingly, if the support member 27 is taken out in such a condition, the broken cut cylinder 25 can be taken out together to be easily replaced. The support member 27 fitted with a new cut cylinder 25 as a set is inserted in the chamber 20 through an opening 22 of the case body 21, and the side member 23 is again fitted to the case body 21.
