PURPOSE:To provide an Fe-base soft magnetic alloy film which is less deteriorated in magnetic characteristics by using a specific soft magnetic alloy formed by incorporating Cu and elements selected from Nb, W, Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti, and Mo into an alloy system contg. Fe and amorphous forming elements as basic components. CONSTITUTION:The Fe-base soft magnetic alloy film which has basically the compsn. expressed by general formula I and in which at least 50% of the structure consists of fine crystal grains and the average of the grain sizes measured by the max. sizes of the respective crystal grains is <=500Angstrom has a high saturation magnetic flux density and excellent soft magnetic characteristics and is less deteriorated in the magnetic characteristics even if the film is subjected to glass bonding at <=500 deg.C.
