Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance dielectric strength and improve dimensional accuracy by performing a press application process using a film and a back surface electrode without a lead and simultaneously performing temporary fixing of both leads before heat application sealing with a plastic outer film. CONSTITUTION:Pressing a 1st laminated body made by laminating a reflective insulating layer 3 and a light emitting layer 4 against a long-sized back surface electrode 2, a cut 14 is formed on one end. A transparent electrode 5 and plural collector bands 6 are formed on one side of a long-sized film 7. A cut 16 is formed near the position of the side of the film 7 where the lead of each collector band 6 is to be connected and an insulation layer 14 is formed. The 1st laminated body is overlapped and press-applied on the main surface on the side of the transparent electrode 5 of the film 7 to make a 1st press-application body. Leads 8, 9 are then temporarily fixed to the collector bands 6. Moisture absorbing films 10, 11 are overlapped and press-applied on both sides of the 1st press-application body and they are cut to make a 2nd laminated body 21. The 2nd laminated body is held, heat-press-applied and sealed between long- sized plastic outer films 12, 13 and they are cut.
