A solution of a flavor agent for oolong tea in an alcohol preserved in an open type tank laid just before seaming is added to the contents in the can and the can is immediately seamed. Thereupon, the flavor component in the contents is slightly evaporated, remaining ratio of the flavor agent in the contents is high and enriching effects on the contents are high. A canned product containing a flavor with high volatility which has been difficult to produce can be manufactured.
