Claims (1)
- 内周面に縦断面において半円形状をもつて周方
向に環状に連続する刳込溝を具備せしめてリング
状に形成する外輪を、ゴム・合成樹脂材などの弾
性資材の可塑材により、前記刳込溝を上下に2分
する位置において上半側と下半側とに分離可能に
成形し、該外輪の内周側に組合わす内輪は、ゴム
・合成樹脂材等の弾性資材により、それの外周面
に、前記外輪の内周面に形設した半円形状の刳込
溝に嵌合する縦断面において半球状の突条が周方
向に環状に連続して存在する形状に成形し、これ
ら外輪と内輪とを前記外輪の刳込溝に前述内輪の
突条を嵌合せしめて組合わせる旋回輪軸受におい
て、前記外輪の刳込溝の口縁部位に、該外輪を形
成するゴム・合成樹脂材などの弾性資材の可塑材
で、内輪の突条の外周面に向けて突出するリツプ
を一体に形成せしめてなる旋回輪軸受におけるオ
イルシール。
