Abstract
PURPOSE:To completely perform removal of water without reducing intrinsic action of an oil cleaner by providing an air feed system for introducing air under pressure into the space on the oil level of lubricating oil stored in a recovery tank from the upper part side thereof. CONSTITUTION:The circulation system of lubricating oil constitutes such a circuit that lubricating oil is circulated in the order of an oiler 1 stored with clean lubricating oil, a toggle sliding part 2, an oil pan 3 and a recovery filtration equipment 4 and again returned to the oiler 1. Purified lubricating oil is pushed out by using an air feed pipe 11 connected with a feed source 10 of compressed air and introducing air under pressure thereinto from the outside and fed to the oiler 1 and various solenoid valves necessary for introduction of air under pressure and discharge of water are controlled by detecting respective levels of water and lubricating oil incorporated in a recovery tank 5. As a result, removal of water can be completely performed without reducing intrinsic action of the oil cleaner.
