Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a blanked burr without flowing out a material from the gap of upper and lower dies by removing a burr on the circumference of the claw part of a preform by dividing it in plural times. CONSTITUTION:After pressing a preform 1 by an upper die, the lower die suitable for removing the outside burr 3a located at the outside of the preform 1 by shearing is relatively approached to the upper die to remove the outside burr 3a. Then after pressing the preform 1 by using the upper die, the lower die suitable for removing by shearing the inside burr 3b is relatively approached to the upper die to remove the inside burr 3b located at the inside of the claw part. Finally the inside of the arm 2 of the preform 1 is subjected to cold coining.
