Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the control of hydrogen gas feed corresponding to the intermittent nitrogen gas generation, by providing just before the control valve of a hydrogen feed system for an adsorption tank outlet system and the outlet of a gas mixer connected to a second outlet system with shut-off valves, respectively, to shut these valves in case of leveling and/or increasing the pressure of the adsorption tank. CONSTITUTION:A hydrogen gas feed system is provided just after the outlet valve 15 of a nitrogen gas adsorption tank, a hydrogen shut-off valve 16 is provided just before the control valve 12 of a hydrogen gas feed system, while an outlet shut-off valve 17 at the outlet of a gas mixer 7 in the outlet system. The both valves 16 and 17 are to be operated at the identical timing with the on-off of the valve 15. During the adsorption tank at changeover is subjected to pressure leveling and/or pressurizing, said three valves 15-17 are shut and the divergence of the control valve 12 is regulated. Following the changeover of the adsorption tank, said valves 15-17 are then opened, hydrogen gas is fed so as to correspond to the oxygen concentration in good timing with the nitrogen gas flow from the adsorption tank.
