Abstract

The edge 3 is evenly pressurized being held to a polishing surface or the grinding wheel 9 by the pressurizing plate 4 pressed to the bottom by a pressurizing elastic member 5. In this condition, rotating the grinding wheel 9 by a motor of the pruner 1, the bottom surface of the edge 3, moved reciprocating by this motor, is polished by the grinding wheel 9.
