Abstract

PURPOSE:To control optionally a omega0 and a Q of an active filter by giving an individual control current to a voltage gain control current input terminal of two operational amplifiers respectively. CONSTITUTION:Current source circuits 13, 14 each comprising a current mirror circuit are provided respectively to operational amplifiers 21, 22 so as to decide individually the mutual conductance gm of the two operational amplifiers constituting a basic active filter, resulting that the Q and omega0 are expressed as a function of gm. The omega0 expresses the cut-off frequency for LPF, HPF and the center frequency for BPF and the Q represents the quality of the filter. The gm is decided individually by the operational amplifiers 21, 22, then the Q and omega0 are controlled.
