Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the change of the arrangement of a conveyer line and also unify the tensile force of a belt by unitizing in a fitted box a stocker housing one end portion of an endless belt in a folded form and rollers and the traction portion of the conveyer belt drawing out the belt and circulating it.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyer belt 2 passes between a position fixing roll 8 and a position movable roll 10 and is piled up in a folded form within a stocker 7, and then, is led out of a see-through hole 7a and circulated. Accordingly, there is a surplus for the whole length of the conveyer belt 2, and the effective length of a work transport can be freely regulated within the range of the whole length, and the change of a layout is facilitated. Also, a screw pipe 21 is advanced and retreated by the screw movement of a regulating bolt 22, and a swing rod 14 is swung, and the press-contacting degree of the position movable roll 10 against the position fixing roll 8 is regulated and the tension of the conveyer belt can be kept constant.
