Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the matching property of a bimorph vibrator and a circuit by fixing a conic resonator which is made of metal or resin and provided with a protrusive member at the central part of the bimorph vibrator so as to raise the resonance resistance of it. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric ceramic vibrator 11 is adhered to a metallic vibrator 12 and is constituted of the bimorph vibrator 13. The bimorph vibrator 13 executes the conversion of electric acoustic by using carvature vibration. Besides, the vibrator 12 has a different external diameter and thickness in comparison with the vibrator 11 because the matching of vibration with a metallic adjacent member is needed. The top of the metallic conic resonator 14 is fixed with an adhesive agent at the central part of the upper surface of the vibrator 13, the protrusive member 16 made of the metal or the resin is provided with the bottom surface 15 of it being a radiation surface except it's central axis. By piling the characteristic of the conic resonator having the protrusive member 16 to the resonance characteristic of the vibrator 13, the both resonance characteristic of them can be obtained. Thus acoustic characteristic can be made wide band.
