Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容器内に充填液を充填する充填ノズルと、この
充填ノズルを昇降させる昇降機構と、上記充填ノ
ズルに設けたバルブを開閉制御する制御装置とを
備え、上記昇降機構により充填ノズルが容器内の
所定位置まで降下されたら上記制御装置により上
記バルブを開放させ、さらに上記容器内への充填
液の充填に伴なつて上記充填ノズルを上昇させる
とともに、容器内の充填液が所定充填量となつた
ら上記バルブを閉鎖させるようにした充填装置に
おいて、 上記バルブを少なくとも小開度と大開度との２
つの開度が得られるバルブから構成し、かつ上記
制御装置はそのバルブの開度を大小に制御し、上
記充填ノズルが容器内の所定位置まで降下された
らバルブを小開度で開放させ、容器内の充填液が
充填バルブの下端部近傍となつたらバルブを大開
度で開放させるとともに容器内への充填液の充填
に伴なつて上記充填ノズルを上昇させ、さらに容
器内の充填液が所定充填量に近接したら上記バル
ブを小開度で開放させるとともに、その容器内の
充填液が所定充填量となつたら上記バルブを閉鎖
させることを特徴とする充填装置。
