Abstract
PURPOSE: To correct right and left shift and angular shift by utilizing a moving mechanism and a swivel mechanism which are already in indling state again in final stage lowering/transferring motion process.
CONSTITUTION: A thin board 1a is sucked by a sucker head 2a and moved then lowered through a lifting/lowering mechanism 2b and transferred onto, final conveyor 3. At this time, moving and swiveling operations for correcting right/left and angular shift accurately with respect to carrying direction are carried out simultaneously while overlapping each other as correcting operation of the sucked thin board la through an S-axis, L-axis moving mechanism 2c and a T-axis swivel mechanism 2d. Consequently, carrying operation is not required to be stopped every time when correcting work is carried out, and thereby idle time for correcting operation can be eliminated.
