Claims (1)
- 同軸上に位置するよう配設された複数のシリン
ダを備えた多段ストロークシリンダにおいて、前
記シリンダの中心を貫通し、外径部にシリンダ数
に対応する段差が形成されたロツドと、該外径部
の段差毎に設けられ、摺動自在に嵌挿された複数
のピストンと、該ピストンに対応し、ピストンを
摺動自在に包む複数のシリンダチユーブと、該シ
リンダチユーブを動かないように位置決め固定す
るプレートと、を備えたことを特徴とする多段ス
トロークシリンダ。
