Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the rise of the nuclear furnace pressure by installing a load cut-off control means and simultaneously starting the operation of a steam flow rate adjusting valve and a bypass flow rate adjusting valve and relatively adjusting the operations of the both adjusting valves by a relative adjusting means for the valve opening/closing. CONSTITUTION:A turbine controller 5 receives the pressure Pt equal to the nuclear reactor pressure Pr and the speed 12 of a power generator 8 and is constituted of circuit systems (101-104, 106) for obtaining the all steam flow rate signal 109 and circuit systems (116-118, 124) for obtaining each speed load demand signal, and soon. Each opening degree signal of a main steam flow rate adjusting valve 10 and a bypass steam flow rate adjusting valve 11 is outputted.
