いし第９図は本考案を適用したフラツトコイルの
製造工程の一例を工程順序に従つて示すもので、
第５図は銅箔への絶縁層形成工程を示す模式図、
第６図はシヤフトへの銅箔の巻回工程を示す斜視
図、第７図はコイルブロツクの斜視図、第８図は
放電加工による切断工程を示す概略的な側面図、

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁層を被着した金属箔を巻回した巻回体を所
定の厚さに切断してなるフラツトコイルであつて
、 コイルの外周面及び／又は内周面にコイルの厚
み方向に延在される厚さ０．２mm以下の半田層か
らなる端子部を配設したことを特徴とするフラツ
トコイル。
