Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition capable of keeping the agglomeration- preventive property of a powdery agent even under highly humid condition and exhibiting excellent insecticidal activity, by compounding a water-repellent together with a vermin-controlling component.
CONSTITUTION: A water-repellent is compounded in an amount of 0.01W5wt.%, preferably ≥0.4wt.% based on the dried weight of the agent together with a vermin-controlling component having insecticidal, termitocidal or miticidal action. The water-repellent is e.g. paraffin, aluminum stearate, a reactive long- chain saturated hydrocarbon compound, a reactive silicone compound or a reactive silicone oil having polysiloxane structure.
