Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a mesh from being stuffed and to reduce the number of washing times and to improve production by using a vibration device to provide a filtration jar with minute vibration so as to exert a stirring action on slurry in the filtration jar. CONSTITUTION:Since a filtration jar 8 is minutely vibrated at the time of filtration, a stirring action exerts on slurry 1 inside the filtration jar 8. Since a phosphor in the slurry 1 is prevented from precipitating, the phosphor is prevented from condensing. Further, vibration exerted on the slurry 1 generates pressure when the slurry 1 passes through a mesh 9, and so the slurry 1 is easily passable through the mesh 9. Since the phosphor is prevented from condensing and the slurry 1 is easily passable through the mesh 9 in this way, there is little danger that the mesh 9 is stuffed. The number of washing times of the mesh 9 is hence reduced to improve productivity.
