Claims (1)
- 吸着パツド部の吸気孔部に一体連結された筒体
、該筒体内部に支持された導電板、該導電板の上
記吸気孔部と反対側面に重合された加圧導電ゴム
板、該加圧導電ゴム板と適当間隔をあけて設けら
れたダイヤフラムに支持され該加圧導電ゴム板に
接触させられる二つの可動接点、該それぞれの可
動接点から引き出されたリード線及び上記吸気孔
部とダイヤフラム間の筒体部に設けられた吸気ホ
ース連結部とからなることを特徴とする吸着パツ
ド装置。
