Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a plurality of resistors by a thick film resistor writing operation by a method wherein a plurality of nozzle holes are provided leaving a prescribed interval between them, and resistance paste tanks are provided corresponding to each nozzle hole. CONSTITUTION:A plurality if resistance paste tanks 3 and 4 in which resistance paste 5 and 6 will be housed are provided, the resistance paste tanks 3 and 4 have nozzle holes 1 and 2 at the tip part, and the prescribed interval is provided between the nozzle holes, and they are adjacently arranged in parallel with each other. Resistance paste 5 and 6 are filled in the resistance paste tanks 3 and 4, a writing nozzle is shifted while the resistance paste 5 and 6 are discharged from the nozzle holes 1 and 2, the resistance paste 5 and 6 are coated, and thick film resistors 7 and 8 are formed. As a result, two thick film resistors are formed by one thick film resistor writing operation.
