イルパン離脱構造を示すオイルパン組付状態にお
ける断面図、第２図は、同構造におけるシリンダ
ブロツク底面部の端面図、第３図は、同構造にお
けるオイルパン部分の分離状態の平面図、第４図
ａ〜ｃは、上記実施例構造の各ボルト螺合孔部分
におけるオイルパン締結状態の要部拡大断面図、
第５図は、上記実施例構造の大径ボルト挿通孔部
におけるオイルパン離脱状態の要部拡大断面図で
ある。 １……シリンダブロツク、２……オイルパン取
付用フランジ部、３，４…ボルト螺合孔、５…オ
イルパン、７，８…ボルト挿通孔、９…小径ボル
ト、１０…大径ボルト、１１…液体パツキン、１
３…ボルト挿通口。

Claims (1)
- シリンダブロツク下部のオイルパン取付用フラ
ンジ部に対応したフランジ部を有し、当該フラン
ジ部を上記シリンダブロツクのオイルパン取付用
フランジ部に液体パツキンを介し複数のボルト部
材により接合固定することによりシリンダブロツ
ク下部に取付けられるエンジンのダイキヤスト製
のオイルパンにおいて、上記オイルパン側フラン
ジ部のボルト挿通孔の少なくとも一つを締結用ボ
ルトに対応した孔径よりも所定径大径の螺溝に形
成し、該大径の螺溝に当該ボルト挿通孔に本来挿
通される締結用ボルトよりも大径のボルトを螺合
することにより上記シリンダブロツクとオイルパ
ンとを離脱させるようにしたことを特徴とするエ
ンジンのオイルパン離脱構造。
