Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the defective appearance of a paint film by applying a polyurethane resin paint on a reactive injection-molded article having the cured film of the polyurethane resin paint, and again curing the paint film in the amine atmosphere in a gaseous state. CONSTITUTION:The reactive injection-molded article is coated with a polyurethane resin paint, and then the paint film is cured in the amine atmosphere in a gaseous state. A polyurethane resin paint is further applied on the paint film, and again cured in the amine atmosphere in a gaseous state. A polyurethane resin paint capable of forming a paint film having >=100kg/cm<2> tensile strength immediately after the paint is cured in the amine atmosphere is appropriately used as the first polyurethane resin paint. The amine concn. in the amine atmosphere in the second curing is appropriately made lower than the amine conc. in the amine atmosphere in the first curing.
