Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce ceramic ware having a neck part free from strain, by molding a substrate consisting of a main body of a container having a neck part and a hanging stand part having a flange part attached to a base part of the main body of a container and successively hanging down the neck part and the flange part to carry out drying and sintering.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 2 of a container having a neck part 3 and a hanging stand part having a flange part 6 around a base part 4 of the main body of a container are molded in an integrating way to construct a substrate 1. Then the substrate is coated with glaze, the neck part 3 is supported on a cut 8 of a hanging board 7 (made of gypsum), the substrate 1 is hung and dried. After drying, the substrate 1 is sent to the next process by a conveyor 9 while being hung. Further the flange part 6 of the substrate 1 is supported on a small- diameter step part 11 of a cylindrical cover 10, the substrate 1 is suspended, the cylindrical covers 10 are piled by several plates and the substrate is burnt. Semimanufactured goods after burning are separated from the hanging stand part 5 by cutting the stand part by a diamond cutting machine to finish ceramic ware 12 having the neck part 3.
