片面もしくは両面に酸化金属とガラスを主成分と
して有機ビヒクルや溶剤を含む厚膜抵抗ペースト
やカーボン粉末と無機増量剤と熱硬化性の有機樹
脂と溶剤からなるカーボン抵抗ペーストを塗布し
半乾燥にしたシート状の抵抗体を必要な抵抗値の
形状に切断して、あらかじめ形成された配線板に
貼り付けて後焼成もしくは、キユアを行うことに
より厚膜抵抗体として回路化することを特徴とし
