セラミツクス板を積層し、これに電圧を印加する
ことにより所定の変位を得るようにした圧電アク
チユエータにおいて、隣接する圧電セラミツクス
板の電極の対向面どうしを接着層で接合して内部
電極部を構成し、この内部電極部が両側の外部電
極に対し交互に導通状態となるように、上記内部
電極部の各一端が位置している部分に一層おきに
溝を設け、上記内部電極部の各他端が位置してい
る部分に上記一端側の溝とは一層分ずれた状態で
一層おきに溝を設け、これらの各溝に絶縁材を充
填したことを特徴とする積層型圧電アクチユエー
タ。 (2) 接着層はガラス転移点が100℃以上のエ
ポキシ樹脂からなることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の積層型圧電アクチユエ
