Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve production efficiency of the objective granular product by sieving condensation product granules obtained with a reactor, also crushing and re-forming the resulting coarse size granules and fine powdery granules respectively and repeatedly sieving the crushed/ re-formed granules through a second sieving machine.
CONSTITUTION: In the equipment for this production, a reactor 5 which is provided with a rotary shaft 6 fitted with a number of agitation blades that are arranged inside an enclosed structure of the reactor 5, is placed. Also, a discharge device 11 and a drier 43 are placed below the reactor 5 and further, a first sieving machine 16, a second sieving machine 34, a forming machine 28 and a crusher 31 are disposed in this equipment respectively. A urea-4C saturated aliphatic aldehyde condensation product 13 is separated into product granules having aim granule size, coarse size granules and fine powdery granules with the first sieving machine 16. Then, the coarse size granules are crushed with the crusher 31 and the fine powdery granules are re-formed with the forming machine 28 and thereafter, the crushed/re- formed granules are sieved through the second sieving machine 34. Subsequently, such crushing/ re-forming are repeatedly performed to continuously produce the whole product as product granules having aim granule size. Since the product granules having aim granule size are continuously produced by repeatedly performing the crushing/re-forming, production efficiency of the product granules can be improved.
