CONSTITUTION: A heat releaser 1 is arranged in pipe 2 made of low carbon austenite stainless steel, which is branched from process piping system 5. Most of steam rising up in the piping system is condensed at the hear releaser 1 and drops, so the steam stops rising. As temperature of piping ahead of the heat releaser does not rise owing to the stop of the steam, factor of the stress corrosion crack disappears.
