The potentiometers 79, etc., can be adjusted so that the total gain of the amplifiers 13 and 14 can be increased or decreased by the amount corresponding to the setting of the potentiometers 79, etc. The values of the bias signals are selected so that the amplifiers 51, etc., can become effective in different parts of the range of the output signals of the amplifiers 13 and 14.
