CONSTITUTION: Plaster for patch containing a reaction product of an amino group-containing polysaccharide (especially preferably chitosan, deacetylated product of chitin) selected from deacetylated products of chitin, colominic acid, keratosulfate, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid and desulfated product of heparin acid and a hydrophilic polyfunctional crosslinking agent capable of reacting the amino group, such as an N-hydroxyimide ester compound shown by formula I (X is residue of 2W6C compound containing 2W5 hydroxyl groups; A is oxyethylene, oxypropylene or oxybutylene; Y is dibasic acid residue; Z is group shown by formula IIWformula IV, CH=CH or CH2-CH2; m is 1W3,000; n is 2W6).
