PURPOSE:To allow a control device to easily correspond to service interruption and noise by allowing a main control circuit to transmit/receive signals to/from an apparatus to be controlled through a connecting means and a sub-control circuit to control the apparatus to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a main control circuit 10 including a CPU 11, a RAM 13 or the like is connected to the sub-control circuit 30 by a non-electric connecting means such as optical fibers 50-54. Since the main control circuit 100 is electrically separated from the sub-control circuit 30, the influence of noise invaded from a power supply line for the control 30 or the apparatus to be controlled and a switch or the like of the apparatus to be controlled is not exerted upon the main control circuit 10. Since power is supplied from an independent power supply such as a battery to the circuit 10, the circuit 10 can be continuously operated even if power failure is generated. Consequently, a complex counter plan for service interruption and noise is unnecessary.
