Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically inform the prescribed place of the abnormality by informing a contact destination specified beforehand of a message through a car telephone when any of sensors detects the abnormality. CONSTITUTION:Sensors of a load cell 15, a temperature sensor 16, a water sensing sensor 17, a gas detecting sensor 18, a distortion gauge 31, an accelerometer 32 are connected to an abnormality discriminating device 19 and the abnormality discriminating device 19 is connected to a CPU 20. A first storing device 21 and a second storing device 22 are connected to the CPU 20, the dial code of an emergency contact destination is inputted to the first storing device 21, and a message for an emergency connection is inputted to the second storing device 22. When the vehicle encounters an accident and the sensor detects the abnormality, by the detection, the line of the car telephone and the emergency connecting destination is opened and the emergency contact destination is informed of the message. Thus, even when the vehicle encounters an accident and the crew get into an emergency, the crew cannot execute an emergency information and there is no witness, rescue activities can be executed.
