Abstract

A resonance capacitor 15 and a smoothing capacitor 23 forming the inverter circuit are made of polypropylene film and polyethylene terephtalate capacitor film 34 respectively, and the insulating epoxy resin 33 powder is coated on the surface of the film 34. A resin case and filler resin can be thereby eliminated, and the resonance capacitor and the smoothing capacitor can be made small-sized.
