Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain superior magnetic flux density by means of a single magnet, by composing an arcuated two-layer structure consisting of a radial anisotropic layer and an isotropic layer so that a sufficient isotripic effect will be obtained by the single magnet. CONSTITUTION:A melt consisting of material compounds is pressed into an arcuated cavity corresponding to the size of isotropic layer of a resin magnet at a condition lacking in a magnetic field and an arcuated member Li' having isotropic property is formed. The isotropic arcuate member Li' is inserted in the cavity 11 and its insertion allows peripheral surface sides to have an arcuated space 12 where a radial anisotropic layer is formed. The material compounds are pressed into the space 12 under conditions impressed by radial magnetic fields and an arcuated resin magnet having a two-layer structure consisting of the radial isotropic layer La and an isotropic layer Li is obtained by solidifying the above compounds. As isotropy is given to a region located at the opposite side of a magnetic face, a sufficient anisotropic effect is obtained without using a yoke material in the case of magnetic treatment of the above region and the resultant magnetization through magnetic treatment becomes stronger and has a high magnetic flux density.
