- 複数種の生産物に関するそれぞれのサイクルタ
イムおよび最終生産予定数を記憶する生産情報メ
モリと、この生産情報メモリに記憶されたサイク
ルタイムおよび最終生産予定数に基づいて時間経
過に応じた生産予定数を計数する生産予定数計数
手段と、時間経過に伴う実際の累積生産数量を計
数する生産実績数計数手段と、前記生産予定数計
数手段の計数値および前記生産実績数計数手段の
計数値をそれぞれ表示する表示手段と、前記生産
予定数計数手段の計数値から前記生産実績数計数
手段の計数値を減じてバリアンス値を算出する減
算手段と、許容できる最大のバリアンス値を記憶
するバリアンスメモリと、前記減算手段の算出し
たバリアンス値が前記バリアンスメモリに記憶さ
れた許容バリアンス値を越えたときに警報信号を
出力する比較手段と、前記比較手段に基づいて所
定の警報動作を行う警報手段とを備えた生産管理
表示装置。
