Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a piezoelectric material and to obtain a vibration plate having flexibility by providing the material interposed between opposing first and second electrodes, and a member having a partial space formed at a position corresponding to any of the first and second electrodes for holding the material for coupling with the material. CONSTITUTION:A whole surface electrode 12 which is the same as a normal one is formed on one side surface of a piezoelectric material 11. A plurality of ring-like electrodes 13 coaxial from the center of the material 11 are formed on the opposite side surface. The material 11 having such electrodes 13 is bonded to a bonding member 14. A plurality of ring-like grooves 15 coincident with the electrodes 13 are formed on the member 14. The member 14 and the material 11 are bonded with an adhesive layer 16 at portions having no electrode 13.
