Claims (1)
通路を有すると共に一端側に配管連結部を他端側
に雌嵌合部をそれぞれ有する雌ボデイと、中空状
に形成されてそのボデイ内部に流体通路を有する
と共に一端側に配管連結部を他端側に雄嵌合部を
それぞれ有する雄ボデイと、上記雌嵌合部内に雄
嵌合部が嵌合された際にこれら雌嵌合部内面と雄
嵌合部外面との間に介在してこれらの間を気密に
シールするリング状シール部材と、上記雌嵌合部
側壁に開設された透孔内に遊嵌し、雄嵌合部が雌
嵌合部内に嵌合した際に雄嵌合部外面に形成され
た係止部に係合するストツパーと、上記雌嵌合部
外面にその軸方向に沿つて摺動可能に配設され、
ストツパーの係合状態が解除される係合解除位置
とストツパーの係合状態が保証される係合保証位
置との間を往復するスリーブとを有する配管用カ
ツプリングにおいて、 上記雄ボデイの雄嵌合部先端外側と雌ボデイの
雌嵌合部内に形成したシール受け部との間に先端
シール部材を介在せしめ、上記雌嵌合部の開口縁
部外側にはストツパー部を形成すると共に上記ス
リーブにはその係合保証位置で上記ストツパー部
に係止する係合部を形成し、上記スリーブにはそ
の係合部がストツパー部に係止した際にこのスト
ツパー部を越えて雄ボデイ側に突出しその内面に
雌ねじが刻設された延長部を延設すると共に上記
雄ボデイの外面には上記延長部の雌ねじが螺合し
て上記先端シール部材をシール受け部に気密に圧
接させる雄ねじを刻設したことを特徴とする配管
用カツプリング。 (2) 先端シール部材が雄ボデイの雄嵌合部先端
外側に取付けられてこの雄嵌合部が雌ボデイの雌
嵌合部内に嵌合された際に雌嵌合部のシール受け
部に圧接する押圧パツキンである実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の配管用カツプリング。 (3) 雌ボデイの外面とスリーブとの間にこのス
リーブをその係合解除位置から係合保証位置に向
けて付勢する安全スプリングが介装されている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の配
管用カツプリング。 (4) 雌ボデイはそのボデイ内部内面に弁座が形
成され、雄ボデイはそのボデイ内部内面の雄嵌合
部先端側に弁座が形成され、上記雌ボデイ及び雄
ボデイの各ボデイ内部にはこれら雌ボデイ及び雄
ボデイが互いに切離されている際にこれら各ボデ
イ内部の弁座に着座して各ボデイ内部の流体通路
を閉塞し、また、雄ボデイの雄嵌合部が雌ボデイ
の雌嵌合部内に嵌合してこれら雌ボデイと雄ボデ
イとが互いに連結された際に上記各ボデイ内部の
弁座から離れて流体通路を形成する一対の弁体が
配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項な
いし第3項のいずれかに記載の配管用カツプリン
グ。 (5) 各弁体と雌ボデイ及び雄ボデイの各内面と
の間には各弁体を各弁座に着座させる方向に付勢
するスプリングが介装され、雄ボデイの雄嵌合部
を雌ボデイの雌嵌合部内に嵌合した際に各弁体の
先端が互いに衝突してこれら各弁体が各弁座から
離れて流体通路が形成される実用新案登録請求の
範囲第4項記載の配管用カツプリング。 (6) リング状シール部材がO―リングである実
