Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R2 is 1-24C alkyl, alkenyl, glycolyl, cholesteryl or formula II; A' is -P(=O)(OH)2 or -P(=O)(OH)- O-(CH2)2-B; X and Y are H or methyl; B is NH2 or -NH(CH3)3; m and n are 2-14]. EXAMPLE:9-(3,4-Dimethyl-5-pentyl-2-furyl)nonanoyl-9,12-octadecadienoyl -phospha tidylcholine. USE:Useful as a oil and fat antioxidant, cosmetic or medicine additive. PREPARATION:Glycerol substituted by a group A in formula III [A is H, -P(=O)(OH)2, -P(=O)(OH)-O-(CH2)2-B or formula II] and 2 molecules of a required furan-containing fatty acid are condensed through dehydration and then converted into a lyso derivative by enzymic reaction of phospholipase A2. The required fatty acid is recondensed through dehydration the 2-position converted into free -OH.
