Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the cooling efficiency at a blades setting part, by attaching plural blocks radially on the side surface of a nozzle inner ring which confronts a turbine rotor. CONSTITUTION:Cooling steam 9 is fed between a turbine rotor 5 and a nozzle inner ring 3. Plural blocks 37 are attached radially, on the side surface of the nozzle inner ring 3 which confronts the turbine rotor 5, as these blocks 37 increase the width of the nozzle inner ring 3 as sighted diametrically. As the sectional area of a flow route for the cooling steam is diametrically decreased by the blocks 37, the flowing speed of the cooling steam is raised. In this way, as the coefficient of thermal conductivity is raised, a blades setting part can be cooled efficiently.
